On July 31, Governor Andy Beshear announced that The Post Dispensary, located in Beaver Dam, is the first medical marijuana dispensary in Kentucky approved for operations. The dispensary is set to open its doors to patients next month, marking a major milestone for the state and a turning point for patients who have been waiting for legal access to relief.
