Kentucky Marijuana Card
In order to access Kentucky's medical marijuana dispensaries, patients must first obtain their Kentucky medical marijuana card, and Kentucky Marijuana Card is here to help! Our mission is to increase access to medical marijuana for qualifying patients in the State of Kentucky.

How do I get a Kentucky Medical Marijuana Card?
You must visit a state-licensed physician (not a nurse practitioner or physician’s assistant) to obtain a physician certification. You will then apply for an identification card from the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (such forms will be available starting July 4, 2019).
