Kentucky Marijuana Telemedicine Appointments
Get Your Kentucky Marijuana Card Recommendation Online
Once the program launches in 2025, Kentucky Marijuana Card will offer medical marijuana evaluations via telemedicine appointments! Qualifying Kentucky patients can be evaluated and recommended for medical marijuana treatment by one of our physicians from the safety and comfort of their own homes. Through a Telemed appointment, patients will meet with one of our physicians through an online video conference using either their smartphone, computer or tablet.
Kentucky Medical Marijuana Telemedicine - How Does it Work?
Once the program launches in 2025, you'll schedule your telemedicine appointment by calling us at (833) 781-6360 or by scheduling online, and a patient intake form will be emailed to you to be completed. While submitting your form, you will also need to provide us with a copy of a current Kentucky driver's license or state-issued ID.
Once your information is received, we will email you your appointment details, which will include a link to your virtual evaluation. When it comes time for your appointment to begin, you will be connected to one of our physicians who will review your patient records, discuss medical marijuana treatment, and upon receiving approval, write your certification. It's that simple!
