We are here 6 days a week!
Monday - Friday 8a - 6p and Saturday 9a -4p in an effort to answer all of your questions and to ensure you get the support and guidance you need to make the best decision for your health. Patient Support Specialist are all educated on the program and Kentucky law.
Follow Up Appointments
When you leave your appointment with the doctor we hope you are well educated and prepared to go to a dispensary, however, the reality is sometimes you have more questions & would like more clarity. Being our patient includes an unlimited amount of free follow-ups with any of our certified physicians throughout the year.
We know it can be difficult to obtain medical records from your physician so we are here to help you. We can send releases, contact your physician's office and work with you to ensure you have what you need to get approved.
